First the Requirements for the LIVEGOOD Rank Qualifications

Bronze: You have personally recommended 2 active members.
Silver: You have personally recommended 10 active members and have a total of 20 active members in your enroller tree. Or 3 separate enroller trees, each with a Bronze-ranked partner and a total of 20 active members in your team.
Gold: You have 30 personally enrolled active members and a total of 100 active members in your enroller tree. Or 3 separate enroller tree branches with a silver-ranked partner and a total of 100 active members in your enroller tree team. Or 100 active members in your Recorder Tree team, counting no more than 30 from each individual Recorder Tree branch.
Platinum: You have 100 active members referred and an additional 500 active members in the Recorder Tree. Or 3 separate Enroller Tree branches with a Gold ranked partner and a total of 500 active members in your Enroller Tree team. Or 500 active members in your Enroller Tree team, counting no more than 150 from a single Enroller Tree branch.
Diamond: You have 3 separate Enroller Tree branches and a Platinum-ranked partner and a total of 2,500 active members in your Enroller Tree team. Or 2,500 active members in your Enroller Tree team, counting no more than 500 from a single Enroller Tree branch.
Crown Diamond: You have a total of 50,000 members in your Enroller Tree team, with no more than 10,000 from a single Enroller Tree branch.

* Important: Active members are members who have an active membership in the current month.

7 Ways to earn Money with LIVEGOOD

1. Weekly Quick Start Commissions

For every person referred through your link who becomes a LIVEGOOD member (USD 9.95 /month, USD 99.95 /year) and also becomes a LIVEGOOD distributor (USD 40.00 one-time), you will receive a commission of USD 25. There are additional bonus commissions for people who have referred your referrals, up to the 10th level.

Weekly Fast Start commissions are paid out for the first month of membership and for the USD 40 sign-up fee for Distributors. So you get USD 5 for every new member you sign up and USD 20 for every new affiliate you refer. Since many people join as both a member and an affiliate, you will receive both amounts. This means that a total of USD 25 will be paid out in the next week.

When you take your position with LIVEGOOD, you get your own online business center in the rapidly filling 2×15 matrix! As more people join LIVEGOOD every week, they will be placed in the matrix BELOW everyone who is already there, and below you, after you sign up. So the earlier you take your position, the higher your position in the matrix will be.

All percentages are based on monthly USD 9.95 membership fees. Commissions for members who join with the annual option will be paid out as USD 9.95 per month over 12 months.

Matrix commissions and matching bonuses are paid monthly in the first week of each month for the previous month’s Matrix volume. Keep in mind that the first month’s membership is only paid out in the form of quick start commissions. The matrix volume therefore starts to accumulate from the second month of membership and beyond.

Example: If you joined LIVEGOOD in January and have 50 members below you in the matrix in January, you would not earn any matrix commissions for January as only quick start commissions are paid for memberships in the first month. Assuming all 50 of these members remained active in February, you would receive your first matrix commission in the first week of March for the 50 members in your matrix who paid their membership for the second month in February.

If another 100 members were placed in your matrix in February, for a total of 150 active members in your matrix, you would be paid for the matrix commissions paid out in the first week of March for the February matrix volume for 150 members in your matrix (50 who have paid their 3-month membership and 100 who have paid their 2-month membership).

Remember that in this example, all 150 members were in the matrix below you in February. But you only got paid for 50 of them that month because those 50 paid their second month membership, while the other 100 who joined in February got paid their first month membership in the form of quick start commissions. So if you see people below you in the matrix for whom you have not earned any matrix commissions this month, it means that this was their first month and only quick start commissions were paid for their first membership. You will receive Matrix commissions for them next month and beyond.

3.Matchingbonus

As HUGE as the Quick Start Commissions and Matrix Commissions are, the Matching Bonus is even BIGGER!

In addition to the USD 2,047 or up to USD 16,383 you can earn in your personal matrix, you’ll also receive 50% of the matrix commissions for everyone you enroll AND a percentage for everyone those people enroll FIVE ENROLLMENT GENERATIONS DEEP, regardless of where you rank in the matrix!

Example: If you have 10 personally enrolled people who each earn USD 6,000 per month in their matrix, you will match 50% of what they earn in their matrix. That means you’ll get a USD 3,000 bonus for each of them every month, for a total of USD 30,000 (10 people x USD 3,000 per person) in commissions just for those 10 people alone. And that’s not including what you’ll earn in YOUR matrix, PLUS potentially hundreds or thousands of other people you can make up in our other generations!

For example, if you’re Platinum, you’ll also get the Gold and Silver generation matches. So someone from your 2nd Silver generation can also be your 1st Generation Gold and your 1st Generation Platinum, so you would get a 10% 2nd Generation Silver match, a 5% 1st Generation Gold match AND a 5% 1st Generation Platinum match on that person’s entire matrix!

There is no limit to how many people you can match or how much you can earn in Matching Bonuses!

Matrix commissions and matching bonuses are paid out in the first week of each month for the previous month’s volume from the SECOND MONTH, as all first orders are paid out as quick start commissions.

4. Retail Commissions

Each of the LIVEGOOD products has a member price and a retail price. While most people choose to take advantage of the amazing membership for only USD 9.95 per month so they can save much more with the member price, there are also people who simply want to shop at the retail price.

As a LIVEGOOD distributor, every time one of your referrals makes a purchase as a retail customer, you will earn 50% of the difference between the member price and the retail price.

Retail commissions are paid according to the same payout structure as Quick Start commissions. Unlike Quick Start Commissions, which are only paid once, Retail Commissions can be earned an unlimited number of times when a Retail Customer referred by you places an order.

Example: If you refer a new customer who pays the retail price for a product of, say, USD 24, and the member price for that product is USD 16, the difference between the member price and the retail price is USD 8. With a 50% share, you would therefore receive a commission of USD 4 for this person’s purchase.

5. Customer Acquisition Bonus

In addition to the quick start commissions you receive when you refer a new member, 10% of that order will be paid out as a customer acquisition bonus when one of your personally referred members places their first product order, following the same structure as our quick start commissions and retail commission.

Customer acquisition bonuses are paid out once when your new member places their first product order. First orders will be paid on up to USD 300 worth of products on that first order. Customer acquisition bonuses are limited to one order per household. This means if you enroll 5 people at the same address, you will only receive the Customer Acquisition Bonus on the first order.

Customer acquisition bonuses are paid weekly along with quick start commissions and retail commissions.

6. Influencer Bonus

For Distributors who choose to market products to retail customers on a larger scale, you will earn additional bonuses on this total volume. You’ll even earn up to 100% of the difference between the member price and the retail price on all orders placed by the retail customers you refer.

Influencer Bonus is paid based solely on personally enrolled retail volume per month, regardless of rank.

Example: If you have a retail volume of over USD 25,000 in a given month and the member price for that volume is, say, USD 17,000, the difference between the member price and the retail price is USD 8,000. You will receive 50% (USD 4,000) in retail commissions and an additional 40% (USD 3,200) in influencer bonuses, for a total of USD 7,200 in commissions for that volume!

7. Diamond and Diamond Crown Bonus Pools

LIVEGOOD partners are an important part of LIVEGOOD’s success. LIVEGOOD recognizes this and wants to reward you even more. LIVEGOOD will give you a share of the total sales of the entire company. As soon as you reach Diamond rank, you will receive a 2% share of the company’s total sales every month! If you reach Diamond Crown Rank, you will receive an additional 0.5% share of the company’s total sales every month!

Diamond Pool

2 % shared between all qualified members with Diamond rank.

2% of the total turnover of all membership and product sales will be split equally between all qualified Diamond Rank affiliates and paid out in monthly commissions.

Diamond Crown Pool

0.5 % split between all qualified members in the Diamond Crown Pool.

0.5 % of the total turnover of all membership and product sales is divided equally between all qualified partners with Diamond Crown rank and paid out with monthly commissions.

Example: If the company makes USD 20 million in revenue from memberships, affiliate fees and product sales in a month, the Diamond Crown pool would contain USD 100,000 (0.5% of USD 20,000,000). If there were 5 qualified Diamond Crown affiliates in that month, each would receive a share of USD 20,000 from the pool (USD 100,000 divided by 5 Diamond Crown affiliates), ON TOP of ALL other commissions!
